Job Description

Spherex Inc. seeks to immediately hire Content Compliance Analysts to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This team works with prestigious OTT and Media clients to help them with video content compliance including appropriate age-based ratings and content advisories in the international market. If you are passionate about films and series, watching video content, and understanding international culture excites you, then we’re looking for you.

The position is located in Navi Mumbai (WFH), India.

Education: A degree in Mass Media or Journalism is preferred.

Primary Skills: Content tagging, regulatory research, and knowledge of international media regulation
broadcast rules such as FCC and Ofcom

Key Responsibilities

Review and tag video content (films, series), ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Research worldwide age classification guidelines, laws, regulations, and policies relevant to theatrical, broadcast, and streaming media.
Perform analysis on media content to identify edit lists, age ratings and content advisories across countries.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in Standards & Practices or Compliance departments of media companies.
Experience in reviewing and annotating international content.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory systems such as Ofcom, FCC, CBFC, MPA, and others would be an advantage.
